Mini Bar, José Avillez’ first gourmet bar, will shake up Chiado’s evenings and nights by offering a new entertainment concept in Bairro do Avillez.
In a comfortable and intimate atmosphere, José Avillez offers a Drinks Menu with Special Cocktails, Wines, Craft Beers and more, and also small and varied gastronomic experiences full of flavour, wonder and fun that can be savoured in the bar area or at the tables reserved for dinner. This is not a traditional restaurant. Here, nothing is what it seems.
The shining star at Mini Bar is the Limelight tasting menu, which is a complete program of entertainment offered by José Avillez. Along with the Tasting Menu, there is also a menu that includes different “Acts”: Snacks, Raw and Crispy, Tempuras and Savouries, Small starters, and Mains. And, to top it all off, irresistible Desserts.

From Wednesday to Saturday night, Mini Bar becomes Mini Bar Club, where the dining area gives way to a late-night dance floor:

Showing up after midnight? Minimum consumption fee of €25 per person, with a Bar Menu and an Afterhours Menu available, comprehending a range of small dishes.
