The Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle Stay In Tour On the evening of December 3rd, chef José Avillez and Belcanto’s team remixed recipes by chef Elena Reygadas of Restaurante Rosetta in Mexico. Gelinaz! - A worldwide, unprecedented initiative. 148 chefs participated. 138 restaurants. 38 countries. This evening, each chef prepared a one-of-a-kind exceptional dinner, inspired by the recipes of another chef. Recipes were shuffled and the author’s name was only revealed at the end of the dinner. Belcanto served a menu inspired by chef Elena Reygadas' recipes and Belcanto's recipes were reinterpreted by chef Ivan Brehm from Restaurant Nouri in Singapore.
