RITZ'S SECRET ROOM: JOSÉ AVILLEZ & HENRIQUE SÁ PESSOA

For the first time, chef José Avillez participated in a 4 hands dinner with chef Henrique Sá Pessoa for Ritz’ Secret Room, an initiative by Blood’n’Guts and Ritz Four Seasons Hotel Lisbon. The event also involved Daddy G. from Massive Attack, who turned up the music late that night at Casa dos Prazeres, the Asian restaurant in Chiado that began with the partnership between chef José Avillez and chef Estanislao Carenzo. A memorable night.
