introduces Tavares, a wine created by himself and produced by José
Bento dos Santos (Quinta do Monte D'oiro) to represent one of the
oldest and most noble restaurants in Lisbon.
Tavares is a reserve red wine, with a very unique identity, to
perfectly match the gastronomic creations offered by Tavares.

Landscapes are, undoubtedly, one of the main sources of
inspiration of Chef Avillez's gastronomic creations. José Avillez
has always loved to observe and deeply reflect about everything he
sees. Paisagens (landscapes) is a reserve red wine created by José
Avillez and produced by José Bento dos Santos (Quinta do Monte
D'Oiro), sharing this same source of inspiration.
José Avillez's landscapes come from his observation and are the
result of an interiorizing process and emotional interpretation.
The landscapes he introduces are a sort of intersection between the
real outer landscape and the correspondent inner one. The essence
of these landscapes is the flavor. Paisagens is a reserve red wine
for all those aspiring for a unique gastronomic experience.
Tasting NoteFruited base with the red ripe fruit
aromas typical of the Syrah variety, and cocoa and black pepper
notes well balanced with the powerful but very elegant Tinta Roriz
tannins.
